Life Expectancy Yorkipoos can live to be 15 years of age or more.

Size The size of a Yorkipoo can range from 7 to 12 inches tall with an average weight anywhere from 4 to 15 pounds.

Temperament Yorkipoos are friendly, playful, bright and spunky little dogs who enjoy playing with other dogs or cats. The take after both of their parent breeds. They are brave and loyal like the Yorkie and have superb intelligence like the Poodle.

Family Dog The Yorkipoos makes a great family pet and do okay with older children.

Coat The Yorkipoo has a full coat that needs to be trimmed every month. They should also be brushed regularly to help keep their coat clean and mat free. They should be bathed only when necessary.

Shedding Yorkipoos shed very little, making them a great hypoallergenic breed.

Training The Yorkipoo is a quick learner who is always eager to learn new tricks. Housebreaking should prove easier than it can be with a purebred Yorkshire Terrier.

Behavior Yorkipoos are gentle dogs who are very mischievous. They are typically easy-going but can be stubborn at times.

Barking Yorkipoos definitely make good watch dogs and like to bark to let you know when others are around the house.

Allergies The Yorkipoo is a small well-balanced dog with a smooth or wavy coat.

Exercise Yorkipoos do well indoors and do not require tons of exercise. They are very active inside but do enjoy walks and trips to the dog park.

Health Yorkipoos are generally very healthy mix.
