Appearance Boglen Terries have a Boxer-like appearance with a very small, muscular build.

Size Boglen Terriers are around 20 to 40 pounds when fully grown.

Characteristics Boglen Terriers love people especially kids. They also get along great with other dogs. Boglen Terriers are very food motivated and strong chewers. They make good watch dogs. The also have very quick tongues and love to lick.

Personality Boglen Terriers have a lot of personality. They are very friendly, love to play and snuggle. Boglen Terriers are extremely loyal dogs.

Temperament Boglen Terriers are confident, risk-taking dogs. They are never shy and not easily frightened or intimidated.

Family Dog Boglen Terriers make great family dogs and they love children.

Companionship Boglen Terriers have a great love for their family and make wonderful companion dogs. They basically love to be with you, no matter what you are doing.

Head The Boglen Terrier's head is relatively square in shape.

Tail Boglen Terriers have a naturally long tail. Some breeders may dock the tail to get the miniature Boxer or Boston Terrier looking tail.

Color Boglen Terriers usually have a brindle and white or black and white coat.

Grooming Boglen Terriers require little grooming because of their short coat.

Training Boglen Terriers are very smart and learn basic commands easily but need firm and consistent training as they can be stubborn at times. They are relatively easy to housebreak.

Behavior Boglen Terriers have an extremely high energy level. They are very smart dogs and can get bored easily. Boglen Terriers definately require a lot of attention especially in the puppy phase. Overall Boglen Terrier are good tempered dogs but they may be aprehensive with men and children if not properly socialized.

Barking Boglen Terriers have an average bark. Their bark is not yippie or intimidating but they may have the Beagle bay especially when they are guarding something or really excited.

Weather Boglen Terriers are good in many conditions but some don't seem to like rain much.

Allergies The Boglen Terrier has no known allergies at this time.

Exercise Boglen Terriers require a substantial amount of exercise to prevent bad behavior. They could run and play all day. They need good long walks or a fenced yard.

Physical Ability Boglen Terriers are great for agility competitions as they can jump REALLY high for their size.

Health There are no known health issues associated with the Boglen Terrier.

History Boglen Terriers are usually bred as a mix between a female Beagle and a male Boston Terrier.
