Technical Difficulties

this isnt really a tecnical difficulty but i changed email adresses and dont know how to make it send stuff to me not my old one. anything will help thanks

Adding a Friend?

How do you add friends???
It would be nice to be able to just click a button when you bring up the map of people/pets in your area to add them as friends.

You can add friends by clicking the 'Add as Friend' link on the upper right corner of their Member Profile. If you are looking at the members in your area on the map you can click on the marker which will bring up a popup window with a link to their Member Profile. If you click on that link you can then add them as a Friend.

Add A Dog Error

Hi there,

I just wanted to give you a heads up on a little error. I just joined a few days ago, however, when I went to add one of my dogs (jager) once I had clicked the button when I was finished to submit the info, it popped up that an error had occured or something of that sort, and it showed as though everything that I had entered was lost, under my dogs it showed nothing. So I went through the whole process again and it worked the second time, and I then also added my other dog Bella and it worked then too. I guess the issue I am telling you about is, when I went to the Dog Bios, it actually showed that there are 2 Jager's, and one of them is registered to an unknown. This has obviously happened to a few other people, as it shows that Jager has other brothers and sisters registered to this unknown person. Not a biggie, just wanted to let you know. Thanks a lot for such an informative site!

Reply: Hello Eric, Thanks for the heads up. I will investigate why this is happening. In the mean time I removed the phantom Jager registered to Unknown. Those other dogs you saw under Unknown are actually from people who sent information and pictures via email and didn't want to register on the site but were generous enough to let us use their dogs information and pictures. Thanks again and I hope you continue to enjoy the site.

removing a pic

I just started putting this together and accidentally uploaded the same picture twice. I cannot figure out how to delete the second one.

Reply: Thanks for the question. I have just added a deletion feature. You can login into your account and click the 'My Pictures' on the menu. Find the picture you wish to remove and click the 'edit' link to the right. Click the 'Delete' button. If you have any trouble, please let me know!

Problem with Dog Bios

I was able to add a bio for one of my dogs, but am having a problem adding the rest! It keeps saying there is an error! I'm filling in all the fields and have tried several times, but to no avail! I really want to put all my dogs on here. I have some gorgeous babies that I want to show off.

Reply: Thank you for reporting this. I am sorry for the inconvenience. The site is fairly new and I am still working out some bugs . I believe the problem has been resolved and you should be able to add the rest of your dog's bios. Thanks again and I hope you enjoy the site.
