Mulder's Story & Details
On the 16th of May, I lost my beloved Black Lab, Scully, to lung cancer. I was having anxiety attacks and not sleeping. That Wednesday after school I decided to go to the animal shelter to see if I really felt like I wanted another dog so soon. I walked into the shelter and saw Mulder's little face. He had the same face that my Scully did when she was little. I just fell in love. I asked to see him and when we went outside he snuggled in my lap and just loved me. I knew then that I had to rescue Mulder.

I got Mulder home and he quickly worked himself into the routine. He tried to make friends with my two cats, but they just ignored him. He took over Scully's old crate and has made it his. He and I take 2-3 walks per day and he loves prancing around the neighborhood. He is pretty excitable, but I am working with him to get him to control the hyperness.

The animal shelter once again had just the right animal to make my heart whole again.

Update: We have since moved to Canada and Mulder has a new fiance's Cocker Spaniel Anya. He loves it here and loves having another dog to play with.
