On septemper 09 we sadly lost our Goldern Retriever "Harry" he was 14yrs old. We missed him dearly and needed to get another dog to make our family complete.Our son and daughter were missing him too as they were bought up with him.
So I went on this website called "FREEADS".
Up popped all these puppies for sale in the UK.
This lovely black puppy kept coming up on my screen for wks.
The mother was a German shepherd and dad was Goldern Retriever.We contacted this person who was selling these puppies and went along to Essex to see the pups.Both parents were there and they were lovely,and they both had lovely temperments.(Bella Boycie)
Well we chose one and came home. After a few wks the lady contacted us saying all the pups had come off the mother and was on solid food. So on that same day my husband and I drove and picked him up. This pup was 6wks old and a ball of black fur( he looked alot like a newfoundland) ,he was so good during the day and night for his age.
We came to agreement to name him HOGAN.
Hogan is now 7 months old and growing very well,he is so big for his age he looks more like an adult.He has fitted in our family beautifully and he adores our 11yr old son and our 8 yr old daughter.
Hogan is so laid back and so well behaved.He loves all children,people and other dogs its a pleasure to take him out for walks because everyone loves him aswell.We have had numerous people coming up to us saying we should breed from him cause he is so handsome and his temperment is so good.......

Well Hogan is 9 months old now,and his colouring is changing,his fur is turning brown in places and he has now got a white strip on his tail.His ears are still down.
We have just come back from our camping holiday from the Isle Of Wight,and it was Hogan 1st holiday away.He was fantastic,every one knew him on the campsite it was lovely.

Hogan had his 1st Birthday on 7th October 2010. He is an absolute diamond of a dog.I would highly recommend this breed to anyone who is thinking of getting a dog..
