Mercedes's Story & Details
Mercedes was found wandering around Newbugh, NY by someone who worked at my vets office. I soon adopted her and she was full grown as she is now but about 25-30lbs. You could see and count all her ribs and backbone. My other dog taught her how to bark, she didnt for the first 6months I had her. She has since then come around and is a happy go-lucky spoiled dog. She is afraid of a lot of people because her last owners beat her and tried to fight her with other pitbulls she must of not made the cut with them because she was too sweet to do that. She didnt even know what grass or snow was but she knew very well what a cage was. She loves little animals like kittens and ferrets...no, not to eat, she likes to sleep with them and lick them all over like a mommy...She is my world, my everything. She gives pitbulls a good name.
