Logan's Story & Details
I went into a pet store looking for a goldfish, and came home with a Bugg.

We have rabbits, and some fish, and usually pass through pet stores looking for supplies, but normally only look for pets at the SPCA. This was an exception - when I passed by the dog section and saw this 3-month old mix of two of my favorite dogs - a Pug and a Boston Terrier - staring up at me, something clicked. I knew he was my dog, and I knew I was in trouble.

I asked to hold him, and after a few minutes of him looking at me, I had to ask my wife if she thought it was a bad idea.
"He's really, really cute..", was all she could say, and I made an agreement with the clerk to have a 'sold' sign put on his cage while I thought about it, to avoid making rash decision. After a couple of days, I returned to the store, picked up Logan again, and once he stared into my eyes again, I knew it was meant to be and brought him home.

For his name - I grew up reading comics, especially the X-men, and Wolverine was my favorite character before anyone knew about the comics. His real name was 'Logan', and he was Canadian like myself. I had told my wife that if we ever had a son, I'd name him Logan, and she.. well, said no, no way. lol. So when I picked up my Bugg from the dog store, I looked at my wife and said, "Ok, so this is Logan". She graciously agreed.

Since then, he's been a great dog and family member. He's extremely playful and friendly, and there doesn't seem to be anyone or any other dog he doesn't want to befriend. He was more athletic than I expected, and has a lot of energy, so we take him to Agility classes weekly, and while it's sometimes tough to contain his energy, he attacks the obstacles with enthusiasm.
