Lily's Story & Details
She has a very nice blending of physical and attitude traits from both the Pug and Rat Terrier. Her Mom is a black Pug, and her Dad is the Rat Terrier, but we do not know about his coloring, we think maybe Brown and White. Lily has body type of the Rat Terrier, and the most of her coloring and tail tell you she is part Pug. She has a white patch on her chest, and can sometime look a red brown in places which comes from the Rat Terrier. Like the Terrier, she has a single coat of soft fur that does shed in the spring. She has the "I need to eat all the time" mentality of the Pug. She is fiesty and strong, and athletic like the Terrier, and wants to lay down and cuddle like the Pug. Like all terriers, she can think independently, and may not look to humans for help. But like both breeds, she very much wants to please her family. She has the strength of the terriers and desire to protect her family, and yet the sweet nature of both breeds to love everyone who she meets. Like her Terrier family she thinks that running and play time are the best things ever. Like the Pug she has to be one of the biggest clowns I have ever seen. She has eye issues like most Pugs and knee problems that can be seen in both breeds, other than that, she is a healthy little dog.
