We rescued Dante from DDFL in Denver with little to no knowledge of his first year of life. We do know he was a shelter transfer from New Mexico. He came to Denver with porcupine quills in his nose, which today knowing him doesn't surprise us. He learns commands quickly but the Chow in him dominates with being stubborn. His obedience trainer has described him as stubborn like an 85yr old man being very aware of his surroundings, yet aloof. He has been a sweet baby that we wouldn't trade for the world!
