I found Steel at a grooming place in Birmingham near my work. I walked in just looking around one afternoon and they had her in a crate. She had been rescued off the street that same morning. As soon as I saw her I fell in love with her. The next afternoon me and my boyfriend went back up there to get her. On the way home we had to come up with a name. Considering she was a grey color and she was born in 'steel city', we decided to name her Steel.
