Tess's Story & Details
I was actually looking for a purebred Corgi and happened to be searching during a time of the year when none were available in the shelters or with local breeders. I went on an internet site for puppies and searched for Corgis. I knew I wanted a blue merle, and came across her picture. It was only after I contacted the breeder that I found out that Tess was actually a hybrid. Her mom was a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and her dad was a Toy Australian Shepherd. She got shipped out to Oregon where I live, and I met her for the first time in the airport with my daughter. She has been my constant companion and the "baby" of the family since!
