I have been wanting a puppy for some time. One day while me and my fiance were out on our way to Ashelys furniture, he wanted to stop by petsmart. A local rescue agency was out with all the dogs. My fiance spotted her. She was just so cute and small. She loved to cuddle right away. I heard her and i couln't put her down. We paid 250.00 adoption fee and brought her home. One week later Cookie got sick. She started throwing up worms. I took her to the vet immediately. They ran tests and said she had Parvo, worms and parasites, and it would be a slim chance that she would make it. I cried very hard and was very upset. The agency whom i adopted her from offered to take her to their vet. I did not trust them! I flipped the bill for Cookie to stay in the hospital, with help with CareCredit. One day later Cookie was able to come home with medicine. She has been a joy and a pain ever since.
