Talley's Story & Details
Our family was looking for a hypo-allergenic pet. We wanted a dog that our teenage sons could rough house with and not be afraid to be seen in public with (sorry poodle lovers). A friend told us about their realtive who was breeding their pet bouvier with a neighbour's appricot poodle. The result was Talley. Despite other comments about this breed around children or other pets she is remarkable. We had guinea pigs prior to Talley. While we kept them apart when she was a puppy, now that she two years old she comes up, gives them a quick sniff and ignores them even though she could jump up and look right in their cage if she wanted to. She is a great watch dog with a bark like a junk yard dog but, after the vicious sounding bark, she's a big scaredee-cat underneath.

She loves to play and rough house and has a mischievious side when you least expect and she prances into a room with a sock she has discovered and taunts you to play with her.

She's a great dog and I would recommend this breed to anyone.
