Oliver's Story & Details
I went to Athens, OH to visit a friend in college. They had a festival there, where dogs were up for adoption. We went to say hi and look, and I ran into Oliver. His foster parents took him there in hopes of finding his forever home. Iinstantly fell in love with Oliver. His previous name was Bruno, but I wanted to give him a fresh start. He was abused by his first owners who lived in West Virginia. The foster family was also from there, but drove to OH for the festival. They got him from the pound, because he was confiscated from his abusive "family". I'm trying to figure out where he came from, if he has any siblings, etc. his foster family was from kanawha county, but I don't know if his abusers are there also or not.
