SKIPPER's Story & Details
Skipper was rescued on the street of WV at 5 wks. He was brought to Tails of Hope Sact. He was vetted and given to a wonderful rescue mom. We found his photo on PETFINDER.COM and fell head over heals. We adopted him at 3.5 months. He is a love bug and loves to show his belly..... He is wonderful . The vet thinks he is a border corgi mix. He tries to herd things but it never works out well for him. His nickname at the dog park is the "border collie with no legs". People that see him either say he looks like a border collie and something else. Or they say a Corgi and something else.
