sadie's Story & Details
I adopted Sadie 3 days before christmas in 2006. She was 8 lbs. at 8 weeks old. She didnt do good in the car foe the first 9 months. I read that that happens sometimes when there ears arent developed fully. There was pretty much no house training needed and she was only in the kennel while we where at work for the first month we had her. We just have to make sure all the shoes are locked in the bathroom before we leave. Now at almost three years old she leaves our shoes socks and undergarments alone 99% of the time. We ve seen her go into hunting mode outside with birds cats and woodchucks. Sadie doesnt have mean bone in her body but will walk face first up to the biggest dog around. She is an alpha female but sweet as can be. She will never let another dog sniff her or lay on her back she is on alert always. She does have a jumping problem for the first 10 minutes or so and then calms down. she is as fast as fast can be iv seen her gain on a cat in an open field. Her coat is like satin and sheds twice a year. The only big problem that the has is that she is extremely allergic to bees and for 2 breeds that have there nose to the ground all the time we have had some unscheduled vet visits with her face the size of a pitbulls.
